An accomplished entrepreneur and business leader, Mike started his first company at the age of 24. He grew it into a successful enterprise, landing 4 times as a Top 50 Fastest Growing company in Jacksonville, FL*. After 23 years, he sold Agility Staffing to pursue a career in Real Estate. Mike started his RE practice with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and within 2 years had risen to the Top 2% of BHHS agents nationwide based on production of over $12MM in 2019. In 2020, Mike decided to go back to his business building roots and launched the 904 Home Guide Team with eXp Realty to guide more clients on their real estate journeys. In the past three years, the team has helped over 150 families buy and sell with a volume of over $100MM.
