Jon Brooks is a reformed investment banker, turned mega real estate agent, residential real estate investor, national speaker & coach, and co-founder of Momentum Realty. Since its inception in January 2020, Momentum Realty has attracted 170+ top producing real estate agents who will complete $800+ million in residential real estate sales over the next twelve months.

Jon now works in conjunction with real estate agents as a coach and mentor, while working as the Marketing Manager for Integrity Mortgage Group (started in May 2020). Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of finance, investing, and thinking and doing things differently.

Jon is an active member of GoBundance Champions and YPO, and he received his degree in finance from Virginia Tech, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He's won numerous real estate awards from several brokerages as a top producer. He is one of few agents who have become a net worth millionaire via real estate sales within 3.5 years in a new city with no database or connections. Jon is happily married to his wife Brittany and loves spending time with his two amazing kiddos, Evelyn and Jackson.
