Name: Brittani O’Donoghue but go by Brit.
Born and raised all over Florida and beyond.
Brit has bachelor’s in Marketing & Business.
Been in the Real Estate for over 5 years, but worked in the realm of Biz Dev and Marketing for over 9 years. Niche passion for small to medium size businesses throughout entire career.
Worked for the world’s largest Christian marketing firm with clients such as the O’Steens, did set design for infomercial and tv spots, was a media buyer and consultant before switching over into real estate where Brit grew her Atlanta market in 11 months to 15+ mil in monthly residual company revenue being a new construction lender specializing in builder and developer business partnerships. Now thanks to Covid, and much prayer she has found her home the past 3 years moving from Marketing Director to Business Development at Landmark Title, helping go Statewide!
Brit is a single mom to 5 of her greatest accomplishments. Her oldest son Nick is a US Marine who is stationed in Okinawa, Japan. OOOh-Rahhh.
Hayden her 18-year-old son just graduated at Bishop Kenny and is USF bound this fall, she has twins Jakob and Khloe who are about to be 15 and the cherry on top her wild spirited Josiah who is 10 in October.
The kids are also joined by family member Shiloh the Husky. Brit and her tribe live in St. Johns County and have resided here for 5 years. Brit and her family love the outdoors, and travel to the mountains at least once a year. They love the beach, a good outdoor movie night, and riding bikes. Brit was a cycle instructor for over 6 years.
Brit’s biggest desire is to make an impact in people’s lives including in business. Big believer in paying it forward, and sowing positivity in people’s life. All it takes is two seconds to smile at someone.
One thing a lot of people don’t know about Brit is she was scouted at 18 and was moved to NY to be a fashion model. Sorry not sorry, Brit decided she liked good take out over fitting in a size zero.
