27 yr Jax resident and former educator. IN 2017 I was teaching full time and began a wholesaling business. During the course of 2017-2018 I "flipped paper" on over 80 transactions, legally and with integrity! At the beginning of 2019, while still teaching, I hired VA's and continued wholesaling and also started doing my own flips. In 2020 I acquired my real estate license, and by spring of 2021, left the education sector and delved into full time real estate, quintupling my teacher salary in the first year!!! I am currently with JPAR City & Beach, a fast growing brokerage focused on supporting real estate professionals in building their business. Since then I have partnered and networked with megainvestors and some of the most successful people in the local network. I've expanded into the commercial realm to some degree, keeping a strong focus on investment and residential real estate, primarily. I have also forged a great relationship (after many mistakes and disasters) with city inspectors and contractors, and continue to grow and learn, allowing me to have completed several EXTREME renovation projects and restorations on historical homes as well. My plan is to continue to grow my pipeline, expand my investment business and eventually my portfolio, to leave a legacy for my family.
