Enis Qosja discusses growing up in Albania under communist rule and the excitement of coming to the United States to start a new life. This sparked her interest in the real estate industry. Enis shares that her father is an economist and her mother works for the government, that growing up in Albania was extremely limited in terms of knowledge and experiences, and that she was always determined to make something of herself. She shares that she was inspired to become a real estate agent after watching a televised sales presentation. Enis describes how she started out working for two to three years with exit Realty in Daytona Beach before opening her own company. She talks about the challenges she faced while working as an independent agent and how she has learned to be more consistent and focused in order to grow her business.
